Terms of RMA Policy and Return Procedure




Terms of RMA Policy

 No RMA will be issue with out description of problem, serial number
 RMA number are valid for 15 days from Authorization Date.
 Any Product received with out RMA # or RMA# expired will be refused.
 COD package will be refused.
 Products witch damaged by customer will be considered out of warranty.
 ICC’s warranty does not cover inbound or outbound international shipping fee.
 There is a service fee of US$95.00 plus shipping and handling for out of warranty repair unit. If customer does not agree to repair, we will charge US$70.00 for diagnostic fee.
 If problem is not hardware related or problem can not be found, US$95 charge will apply.
 Please back up your important data in your hard disk before sending it back to repair. All warranties are based on original purchase date.
 ICC will not be liable for missing or any damage during transportation.
 Parts changed in all out of warranty systems will have 6 months warranty
 Warranty will not be extended if it is warranty repair.
 There is a three to five working days turn around time in general.
 Out of warranty RMAs, or RMA approved but not paid left at Icc’s repair center for over 6 months will be forfeited.
 ICC will not be responsible for items shipped with the unit but not listed in the RMA form.



RMA - Return Procedure:

1. Apply for a RMA number thru our website, filling out all the items in our RMA Request Form.

2. Wait for the ICC´s RMA Approval e-mail, with your RMA number.

3. If approved, pack the computer carefully, and don’t forget to list all the items that you are sending and check them.

4. Write the RMA number outside the box, and include a copy of the ICC´s e-mail with confirmation number inside the box.

5. If you are sending more than one RMA in one box, label all the parts with them RMA number.

6. Send it to ICC Repair Center:
